Parent and Carer Information Sessions – Tuesday 01 December 2020

Normally parents / carers join us for an opening liturgy and stay for morning tea on Orientation Day. This is a chance to ask questions about uniform, books, the start of the year, laptops and anything else that comes to mind.   As an alternative we will run an online Question and Answer (Q & A) Information session for families at the following times:

Tuesday 01 December

Session 1:            10.00am                              Arabic

Session 2:            4.30pm                                 Dinka

Session 3:            6.00pm                                 Vietnamese

Session 4:            7.00pm                                 English

We look forward to meeting as many families as possible at these sessions.

ORIENTATION DAY – Tuesday 08 December 2020.

As with all things in 2020, the day will be different to what it has been in the past but the key purpose of the day will be for students to meet and get to know their Pastoral Care teacher and the students in their class.

Program for the Day

To ensure that students are only with their class for the day, we will run a program that has staggered start and finish times. The start and finish will be different for each class.  On Wednesday 25 November, families were emailed their Pastoral Care class.  This has also been mailed via Australia Post.  If you have not received this information, please contact Eileen Chalmers on 9365 0203.
