mercy for sinners and justice for the oppressed.

God of mystery,
we journey with Jesus during this Lenten Season
with the certain hope that you will re-create our world
so that all people will live in peace and justice.

God’s power to guide me, God’s might to uphold me,
God’s wisdom to teach me, God’s eyes to watch over me,
God’s ear to hear me, God’s word to give me speech,
God’s hand to guide me, God’s way to lie before me….
