The College seeks applications from energetic, committed and suitably qualified teachers for the following full time, ongoing positions:

1. EAL / English / Religious Education Teacher 

2. Product Design / Materials Technology / STEM Teacher

3. Learning Area Leader – Technology

The new College Design and Technology Centre is scheduled to be completed in May 2023. The Technology Learning Area Leader (LAL) will play a pivotal role in bringing the pedagogical vision for this project to fruition.

The POL position is for two years, 2023 – 2024, with the option of applying for an additional appointment after this.

Teaching areas could include the following: Product Design, Materials or Food Technology, STEM and / or Information Technology.

4. Learning Diversity Teacher

The Learning Diversity Teacher provides support for students with additional learning needs through the design, implementation and review of Individual Learning Plans (ILP’s):

  • facilitating Pupil Support Group (PSG) meetings
  • the design and delivery of Tier 2 intervention programs
  • building teacher understanding of the National Disability Standards for Education and developing their capacity to make learning adjustments
