With an increase in enrolment demand, the College is phasing in a sixth stream at each level but continues to be a relatively small secondary school, where all in the community know each other, and are able to build positive relationships.
Our staff are well supported through a highly collegial and collaborative staff culture, good systems for Performance Development and Coaching, and individual and whole school professional learning.
Postgraduate study is encouraged and the College contributes towards course fees for teachers undertaking studies. This includes 100% of course costs for study in Religious Education, Theology and areas linked to the School Improvement Plan, and 50% of costs in other areas.
Applications from staff interested in part time work will be considered, and we are open to exploring how job share might work in a secondary setting.
